Chris Colfer told E! Online that portraying a relationship on-screen has been a new experience and has allowed him to expand his range and delve into Kurt's more complex side.
"It's a trip being in a relationship on TV 'cos I never ever thought that I would be part of an 'it' couple... It's been a trip, I'm enjoying it," Colfer explained. "It's been a lot of fun. It's been a whole new batch of emotions that I haven't been able to deal with yet."

Kevin Reilly Talks About Season 3 Plans
On season 3: “I sat down with [executive producer] Brad Falchuk and Ryan and talked about this season’s arc. My two cohorts at Fox were fighting back tears at one point. The season feels so focused this year. It’s a very back to basics year. There’s not going to be any guest stars or tributes. There will be a graduation at the end and three will graduate. There will be surprises about how that will play out. Glee is an incredibly creative enterprise. It’s almost too much of a good thing. We’re going to focus on our core cast.” Pressed by a critic on whether Glee will really have no guest stars or tribute episodes for all of season three, Reilly added, “Initially, there’s not going to be any big guest stars or tribute in the first batch of episodes. And in general, [back to basics] will be the focus for the season. There’s an arc that will drive the year. The competition will be alive and well. You will have the winner for The Glee Project joining at some point down the road.”
Lea Michele's Dominick's Dinner Date with Theo Stockman!
Fox’s programming president Kevin Reilly talks about the controversy
On the controversy: “I was extremely upset to learn about this myself on Twitter — I’m kidding,” Reilly said. “I can laugh about it because it’s taken on more of a heated momentum than it actually is. This show is such an undertaking. As you well know there are many successful shows that have genuine controversy and fighting. That’s not the case with this show. [Creator] Ryan Murphy and his group of associates do a phenomenal job. In the middle of Ryan’s creativity this got out… this was a two-day issue that took on a bigger life. These guys get along incredibly well.”

Lea Michele Covers New Harper's Bazaar Issue
“I’m five foot three. I don’t look like a lot of other people, you know what I mean? I look like I’m 12,” says Lea, who’s wearing a cream top she found at Anthropologie the day before and matching shorts. (Those sunglasses are from Urban Outfitters. “I’m not a big spender.”) She gets called out for her unconventional features all the time, but Lea doesn’t let it bother her; if anything, she’s used to it. “How many manag- ers told me, ‘Get a nose job. You’re not pretty enough’? But I proved them wrong.” There’s Fanny Brice for you.
Now she admires the popular girls in Hollywood: Penélope Cruz (who Lea thought wouldn’t recognize her but who countered, “Do you think I don’t have a TV?”), Blake Lively, Jennifer Aniston (especially for posing as Streisand in Bazaar: “It was awesome; I really wanted to do that”), and her sometime costar Gwyneth Paltrow, who “never gets it wrong.”
“I am obsessed with Gwyneth Paltrow,” Lea says. The day they met, they were rehearsing a Chicago routine for Glee. “I was nervous and said, ‘I don’t think I can do that dance move.’ She said, ‘You can do it.’ She wasn’t afraid of anything. I love talking with Gwyneth. She just gives good advice. She said, ‘Don’t ever read anything about you.’”

Darren Criss 'I Don't Want Blaine to Leave Dalton'
Glee actor Darren Criss filled in JustJared.com on what he wants to happen to his character Blaine next season on the hit musical series.
“I don’t want him to leave Dalton, so I like seeing him go to Dalton. I like being there, I like the blazer, I like those boys and we’ve become really good friends,” Darren said.
“It’s very strange and surreal. I’m just some random ’schmo’ so it’s kind of weird to be put in this position. It’s very humbling, it’s very encouraging, I feel very fortunate considering it’s a part that I believe in and on a show that I think has more value than just a television show. That’s been really special. I wish I could say it’s a dream come true, but quite frankly, my dreams weren’t that good as a kid. I didn’t have that big of an imagination,” Darren said about his breakout success.

Update: Chris, Lea and Cory NOT leaving after third season
The biggest Glee news coming out of Comic-Con: Despite Ryan Murphy saying that Rachel, Kurt, and Finn will graduate at end of this coming third season, stars Lea Michele, Chris Colfer, and Cory Monteith will return for season 4. At today’s panel in San Diego, Glee co-creator and exec producer Brad Falchuk told the audience that even though the three were set to finish high school, “because they’re graduating doesn’t mean they’re leaving the show. If you have Lea Michele under contract, you don’t say, ‘We’re gonna let you go.’”
“It was never our plan or our intention to let them go,” Fulchuk added. “They are not done with the show after this season.”

Darren Criss Interview with TVGuide
TVGuide.com caught up with Criss on the eve of Glee's Sunday Comic-Con panel and attempted to get answers:
Is Darren Criss ditching Glee for Broadway?
Word is you're going to fill in for Daniel Radcliffe on Broadway in How to Succeed in Business. Excited?
Darren Criss: I don't know! People keep asking me about it, and it's kind of cool that that's out there in the world, but I cannot confirm anything at all. I mean, yeah, that would be really cool. That's certainly a wonderful role and a great show, and it would certainly be exciting to be a part of it. ... But it's definitely not confirmed by any means. I'm actually more just focusing on trying to get my head screwed back on right now.
Why is it unscrewed?
Criss: I've just been traveling a whole lot and doing a lot of projects. I'm tired. I've been traveling a lot for music. I haven't been home in awhile.
You guys go back in to production on Glee soon. Are you ready?
Criss: Yes, soon. I don't know even know what day it is, but soon. I'm weird, though. I'm kind of a glutton for punishment. I really like working and doing as much as I can... while I have the enthusiasm and wherewithal. I'm kind of abusing that to the bitter end.
I just spoke with one of Glee's new writers, Marti Noxon of Buffy the Vampire Slayer fame. She said you're "made of unicorn dust" and that she can't wait to write for Blaine.
Criss: Whoa, whoa, whoa, hold on. I always say that about people. I say "unicorn dust and rainbow farts." Yeah, she and I are going to get along famously. I mean she's here, and she comes from the nerd world, too. They're playing the Buffy musical to wrap [the convention] up. She's a fangirl, I'm a fanboy. These are my people, man. It's great to be at Comic-Con, but it's weird to be on the other side because I've come for the past three years as a fan, and I gotta say, the other side is a lot more fun. I'm happy to be here for Glee, but there are so many panels I wish could be at. I wish I was there with all the fans.
I don't think you'd survive on the exhibition floor.
Criss: I might go to the floor in costume! It's weird, last year I was on a panel for the Harry Potter fandom and we were worried because it was on at the same time as that Glee panel. And here we are a year later, and I'm on the other side. It's a beautiful, beautiful twist of faith.
So Ryan Murphy said everyone's a senior this season except Sam (Chord Overstreet). But he also said Blaine is "ambiguous." How old is Blaine to your knowledge?
Criss: I have no idea how old I am! I truly don't know, and you can call me irresponsible or ignorant or what have you — maybe I don't do my homework — but I remember hearing I was a year older than Kurt. I remember reading that when Ryan was talking about Blaine. So that would mean he's graduated by now but maybe....
Maybe he failed a year!
Criss: Maybe he did! Or maybe he transferred a year! But there's always people in your class who are older, like, "How come you're not a senior?" And then they say so-and-so happened. Or maybe he took some time off. [Or] he had a little bit of trauma at his old school? He is a year older than Kurt, but maybe he's still a junior or senior. I don't know, we'll find out. I'm very excited for Season 3. I think there are so many exciting things that can happen. I think having the extra writers will be a really wonderful thing and add more dimensions to the show. I'm just so excited, I can't contain myself.
Do you know anything about what's coming up for Blaine?
Criss: I have no idea. My guess is as good as anybody's. But the thing I always say about Glee is that I've been invited to this party that was swinging before I got there. So to feel entitled to anything at this party is absurd. I'm just happy that they're having me around. I'm so thrilled they promoted me to a series regular. That was very special. I don't know what that means or entails, but I'm just happy to still be at the party. We'll see.
You've been a mentor on The Glee Project twice...
Criss: I really love those kids a lot. I really worked with them; they're all really great. I haven't seen a lot of the show yet just because I've been traveling. But it's reality TV, so I'm sure they're cutting things in certain ways. ... I'm interested to see how. All of them were so hard-working, so wonderful, so sweet. I was in awe of their sweetness. I was telling the producers, "Good luck trying to make this dramatic, they're all so nice!" I'm sure they found a way.
The winner will apparently be a nemesis for Coach Sue. What can you tell us about the winner? How do they stick out?
Criss: Not to be Saturday morning cartoonish — but they're all winners of Glee. They all made it there out of a huge number of people, and they all had something very special about them. So, the person who did win just so happened to fit whatever scheme that Ryan wanted at the time. And since I don't know what's going to happen in Season 3, I don't know what that is. But I think when we see it we're going to love it and it's going to be great. This person is going to add a different color to the show for sure.
What do you make of all this graduation talk? On one hand, Ryan wants to keep Glee grounded in some reality. n the other hand, he wants to graduate the stars off the show.
Criss: I don't think it's an end so much as a departure point, literally and figuratively, for the characters and the actors themselves. Ryan has talked a lot about high school as this journey you go on. You go in as one person and you leave as another. So to put a flag at the end, like this is the finishing point, tells me there's going to be some really interesting arcs. That tells me there's going to be really cool developments — that at the end of it, they're coming out as different people, for better or for worse. ... It'll be bittersweet to me personally because I'll miss working with those actors. But for them, I think it'll be good stuff for their stories. And also, for them as actors, it's only the beginning. I mean, they're all superstars. They have massive wings, and I think they're going to take off.
And, of course, Ryan has the right to change his mind.
Criss: And he's been known to!

Brad Falchuk: Chord Overstreet declined an offer to remain on the show as Sam Evans
"For reasons he's aware of, we decided not to make him a regular but we did ask him to come back for a portion of the season," Falchuk explained at Comic-Con International this weekend. "He declined the offer, which we were very disappointed by because we were writing stories for him.
"We wanted him back because we like Chord personally and had some good stories planned for him and with Mercedes. He decided he would have opportunities elsewhere that he would like to pursue, and we can't force him to work so we wished him well."

Chris Colfer found out he was leaving 'Glee' from Twitter
Chris said of the axing: "I found out yesterday on Twitter. Yeah, I found out that they made that announcement. I didn't necessarily know that it was going to be our last season next year, I knew something like that was coming up eventually. I mean, we can't be there forever. I don't necessarily want to leave so soon, but I mean, it's fine."
Although he will be sad to go, Chris will look back on the show with great pride.
He said: "It's what it is. And all things come to an end. As a performer, I feel so fulfilled. I have two Emmy nominations and just from hearing from people out in the world about how much the character has helped people. If it's time for a conclusion, I'm fulfilled with it, and I'm fine with it."

Glee's Chris Colfer Talks About His Looming Exit: 'It's Definitely Not My Choice'
TVLINE | Would “disappointed” also be a fair assessment of your reaction to being “graduated” off the show?
It’s definitely not my choice. But I completely understand that it works for the integrity of the show. One of the things that I love about Glee is, despite characters breaking into song in the middle of the hallway, it was very real to me. It always seemed like a very real high school environment. And I think by having some characters graduate, they’ll continue having that element.
TVLINE | And of course this doesn’t necessarily mean the end of Kurt Hummel, right? There could be a spinoff.
As of right now, it’s just rumors. I’m not attached or signed on for any spinoff. There hasn’t been anything official yet.

Lea Michele, Chris Colfer, Cory Monteith Not Returning for Season 4
Glee regulars Lea Michele, Cory Monteith and Chris Colfer will not be back for the fourth season of the Fox musical hit.
In an exclusive interview with The Hollywood Reporter, series co-creator Ryan Murphy said that the three regulars will be among the characters who graduate at the end of the fall’s upcoming third season.
Colfer, Michele and Monteith are “not going to be back at all for Season 4,” Murphy said. “You can keep them on the show for six years and people will criticize you for not being realistic, or you can be really true to life and say when they started the show they were very clearly sophomores and they should graduate at the end of their senior year.”
Murphy added that planning for the future beyond high school will be a heavy theme during Season 3, noting that “more characters are leaving than are staying” when graduation time comes at the season’s end.
“We’ve never done anything by the book,” he said, adding that who’s graduating and who’s staying will be revealed in the Sept. 20 season premiere. “We made that decision and I involved Chris and Lea and they thought that was a good idea. They both trust the writing and trust me and felt that it would be great to have an open and closed experience for them to go out while they were on top.”

Chord Overstreet won't be coming back as a regular next season
Chord Overstreet’s series regular option has not been picked up. However, a source close to the show says the actor — who joined the Fox hit last fall in the recurring role of McKinley transfer student Sam Evans — could return as an occasional guest star.
Late Friday, Overstreet issued a cryptic tweet saying, “It’s been a good year. Too bad it’s over. Time for summer and starting fresh.”
The news comes two weeks after series creator Ryan Murphy raised eyebrows when he told Ryan Seacrest that most of the show’s primary characters would graduate by the end of next season. “The show to me is about the way you express yourself as you start to move out into the world as a fresh, young person,” he later clarified to TVLine. “Do we really want to have an eight-year [high school] senior? The only way somebody could stay on the show is if they flunk, and that is always a possibility. I think Brittany is pulling straight Fs.”
Good news for Darren and Harry fans, Darren Criss (Blaine) and Harry Shum Jr. (Mike) have officially been upgraded to full-time series regulars, effective this fall with the start of Season 3.

NEW INTERVIEW: 'Glee' stars talk season 3, the tour and graduation!
PopWrap: Santana really had an amazing season -- full of emotional upheaval. Did you ever expect this seemingly minor character would become, to me, the show's bright spot?
Naya Rivera: From day one, my goal was just to do good work – and stick around [laughs]. I never thought this would happen, but I’m just so happy that it did. It’s so shocking to me, and very, very flattering that people love me because they love Santana. I feel so blessed.
PW: You've also become quite the lesbian du jour. I'd imagine that's changed your fan interactions.
Naya: [laughs] I got proposed to by women twice today at a Meet & Greet. And at the last tour stop, I got two bouquets of roses. It’s so sweet. Getting hit on by both genders is such a champagne problem.
PW: For my money, Santana got the best songs and storylines this season. Was there ever a pre-"Glee" point where you had to think: "ok, singing or acting?"
Naya: Totally. All my life I’ve had anxiety about focusing on acting or focusing on singing – how am I going to juggle it. So to be blessed with a show like this where I can do both is icing on the cake. It’s another champagne problem.
PW: Any particular favorite moments from season two?
Naya: I loved what the fans having lovingly dubbed “The Hurt Locker” – when Santana confessed her love for Brittany. It was the first time, as an actor, I saw the fruits of my labor. I was so prepared for that scene and in my heart, I was happy with the work I did. And to be so proud of something you did is the best feeling, no matter the profession.
PW: I know the writers are still breaking season three, so what would you like to see for Santana next year?
Naya: I’d like to see her explore her sexuality more – maybe with people aside from Brittany. I know everyone wants them together, but I think [show writer] Brad Falchuk put it best when he said that this is about Santana’s journey and not so much about her with Brittany. I’d love to see her get a girlfriend and maybe soften up a bit as a result.
PopWrap: Artie made some questionable decisions towards the end of season two -- what was your take?
Kevin McHale: He got a little mean! At first, I thought, “I could never talk to girls the way Artie does, I’m just not that confidant.” But at the same time, I would never say some of the things he says either. I mean, he can be a little mean to Tina and Brittany. There’s clearly some issues going on there that he needs to work out.
PW: Fans were also surprised that season two ended with a massive loss -- were you?
Kevin: From the beginning, we were all led to believe that first season would be a loss but we’d win in the second season. Literally up until we started filming that episode we thought we would win. We got the script in sections, so we were filming it before we knew the ending.
PW: Matthew Morrison sort of bemoaned that practice, does it bother you?
Kevin: Growing up, I always heard stories about actors not knowing the endings to their secretive shows so when we got to the finale I thought, “yes, I’m finally part of one of those shows!” [laughs]
PW: What would you like to see for Artie in season three?
Kevin: Maybe fix his issue with how he speaks to women. But I got to do a lot of great songs this season and working with Brittany, that dynamic was just so great – maybe they could pair me up with someone else.
PW: Like who?
Kevin: Quinn might be fun [laughs]! I think Dianna [Agron] and I could have a good time. And we can always bring Gwyneth Paltrow back!
PW: Maybe your new bud Katy Perry could play a girlfriend for Artie?
Kevin: I would not complain one bit. That video was so much fun. I had never done anything like that.
PW: You mean, since NLT?
Kevin: Well, [laughs], you know, a video where I wasn’t the singer or on that scale. We shoot three music videos a week on the show, so it was so cool to take it a little easy on that. Plus, the fact that she even thought to ask me was incredible. Such an honor.
PopWrap: How's the tour going?
Jenna Ushkowitz: It’s going great – we’re at the halfway mark, with New York coming up, and I'm so excited to go home and do my Long Island [laughs] thing. Then we go to London, which is like almost two weeks of performing for them. We talk to our foreign fans on Twitter all the time, so I'm glad we can go there and do that. Plus, it’s the O2. Come on!
PW: You went straight from filming the show to rehearsing for the tour to performing nightly -- how do you guys physically make it through?
Jenna: Lots of Red Bull [laughs]. No, but it’s nice because when we’re performing, we get to sleep in and have the morning off. Well, the smart ones sleep in and then sight-see in the afternoon before performing. But when we film the movie we’ll be working all day.
PW: Naya, Lea Michele, Matt Morrison and some of your other co-stars are working on solo albums. Do you think that's in your future?
Jenna: Not right now. It’s definitely an option, and I think the possibility is fun to think about, but I don’t even know what my sound would be like right now. We’ll see.
PW: Fans were a little surprised by the finale -- as was Kevin. What was your take?
Jenna: Hey, at least we got to Nationals! I actually thought we were going to win -- it was a shock to us too, but then you have nowhere else to go. The season ended on a sweet note and we’re all still friends, so we have another year of Glee club coming up. Hopefully next year we’ll win something!
PW: But graduation is looming -- do you think next year will be the last for this cast?
Jenna: I don’t know what’s going to happen, we still haven’t even heard what the first episode of season three will be, but I did hear that there will be a graduation in May, but that doesn’t mean the end of anything.
PW: If it is the last season for Tina, what would you like to see for her?
Jenna: Oh goodness, I would love one huge dream sequence – she hasn’t gotten that total fantasy fireworks sequence yet, so I’d like that for her. I would also love to see some more love problems with her, Mike and Artie. But anything we think of isn’t half as good as what the writers come up with.

Chris Colfer's New Interview with TVLine
TVLINE | How’s the tour going?
It’s going. We’re in a new city every night. No joke, yesterday I got down to the lobby because we were headed out of our hotel and I literally had to ask the concierge what city I was in, because I did not know.
TVLINE | How does it compare to last year’s tour?
Take last year’s tour and multiply it by a thousand. The biggest venue we played at last year was a 5,000-seat theater, and now we’re selling out 17,000-seat arenas. So a lot [more] people.
TVLINE | Are you exhausted? Do you ever wish you could have a real hiatus like other TV actors, or are you like, “I’m staying on this speeding train for as long as possible.”
It’s both. If I said that I wasn’t absolutely exhausted I would be lying to you. But there’s nothing like walking into an arena and everyone screaming at you.
TVLINE | What did you think of Kurt’s journey last season?
I loved it. His [Season 2] journey completely surpassed last year. Last year was all about him accepting who he was. And Season 2 was more about everyone else accepting him for who he was. I couldn’t be prouder and happier to be playing this character. He’s so inspirational to everyone, myself included.
TVLINE | Most of your shining moments last season were dramatic. Is it odd competing in a comedy category?
Yeah. It’s funny when I have nominations in best supporting actor in a comedy and I’m never funny. People I’m usually nominated with are all pranksters and jokers, and I am not funny. I cry in every episode.
TVLINE | Have you given any thought to which episode you’d submit should you get nominated?
Last year when I was fortunate enough to get nominated it was so easy because I had one episode where I just did everything. But I’ve had so many of those this season it’s going to be a Sophie’s Choice if I get nominated again. Kurt had so many great moments. It’s going to be difficult to pick one. Maybe I’ll ask the fans.
TVLINE | Any hopes and dreams for Kurt next season?
Absolutely. I’m campaigning madly for one storyline in particular.
TVLINE | Can I have a hint?
No. [Laughs]
TVLINE | Does it involve Blaine?
Yes.

Glee Producers Still Want Bruce Springsteen!
According to the new interview from GLEE writer Ian Brennan:
Who would you love to have?
Bruce Springsteen as a motivational speaker.
Have you ever contacted him?
No, we are still on hiatus, and we won't start writing for another couple of weeks. We have sat down and talked a little bit about where we want the show to go but we haven't written anything yet.
Dianna Agron explains why she wore the 'likes girls' t-shirt last night
"Yesterday, during our second show, Instead of wearing my usual shirt during 'Born This Way' I decided to wear one that said “Likes Girls”. It should actually have read, 'Loves Girls', because I do. The women in my life give me things that the men in my life can’t. And vice-versa. No, I am not a lesbian, yet if I were, I hope that the people in my life could embrace it whole-heartedly. And let me tell you, I can easily spill (quite comfortably) what I admire, respect and think is beautiful about any of the women in my life. Piece of cake!
"Last night, I wanted to do something to show my respect and love for the GLBT community. Support that people could actually see. Which is why I decided to change my shirt for the show."
